Get Lean program is something I have looked for for quite sometime!!!!

I am so thrilled with the way I am feeling!! Get Lean program is something I have looked for for quite sometime!!!! I have never been a big eater and have always done some kind of exercise. But, I never could get the results I wanted!! I needed someone to tell me exactly what to eat and what exercises to do!! Get Lean has done that!! When I came across this program, I knew I had to try it. I was very determined to start the program. It took me a couple weeks to get into the routine of preparing my meals. You have to understand I was OCD about following the program to a t!!!! I asked several questions on each topic in the forum!!! I always got detailed answers!!
I didn't take pictures until day 9. Oh boy, was that an eye opener!!! That probably gave me the determination to stick with it!! There were days that I was really hungry, and felt bad!! I wrote Belinda and she increased my carbs by 1/2 serve morning and lunch. That did the trick to get me to the next level. I am currently in my second month week 1. It has become much easier and I really don't want to eat off the plan!! The couple times I did have a treat meal, I wished I hadn't!! My body has welcomed the new change in eating!! It's hard in the beginning not knowing if it will really work!!! I am totally convinced it does!! Can't wait to see what changes are next!! Thank you Belinda!!

I actually look forward to my workouts

Ok so I am 4 weeks into the program and am thrilled with my progress so far, not so much from a visual point of view but the mental/physical changes within myself. I actually look forward to my workouts now and find it hard to take a day off - never ever thought I would feel this way about exercise so that is very exciting for me and makes working out so much easier LOL! It's also been fantastic to feel all the exercises becoming easier, being able to increase my reps and my weights, etc. I have gone from feeling nauseous and shaky and hating the burn during my workouts to feeling stronger, no more nauseousness (thank goodness) and enjoying and even wanting to feel the burn!! Thanks Belinda for such a great program and your support. I am so looking forward to becoming and feeling even stronger and fitter.
PS. Don't laugh but I actually did 3, what I call man push ups, (proper ones) rather than on my knees ones - I cannot tell u how exciting it was for me to achieve this - I couldn't even get myself off the ground to start with LOL

I can't believe my luck that I have found the Get Lean program.

I can't believe my luck that I have found your lovely self and the Get Lean program. It is YOUR personality and your incredible ability to 'get' exactly where your ladies are coming from that is making this so successful! I loved listening to you talk about your dreams and about whether you are doing the right thing, because that is just where I am now. I want you to know that you are not only motivating us towards our dream bodies and health, but I for one am so inspired by you professionally! Your use of language and understanding of the emotions and psychology of food and exercise is second to none in comparison to the programs I have tried before. You are an awesome lady and I wish you every happiness and success.

I am beginning the Peak Phase of the Get Lean Program and after 2 months the results are incredible. I feel much more energetic, and my body is becoming so lean and better sculpted. There is a lot more definition in my arms, back and legs. Even my abs are tighter, harder and starting to have some definition – even my husband commented! Get Lean is very well organized and is giving me everything I need, from the types of foods to eat, the daily food plans, shopping plan, eating out and food substitutions, not to mention all of your tasty recipes. At 62, I intend to continue using these great food and fitness habits to stay lean, strong and healthy for the rest of my life.

Now I can wear whatever I want and feel good about myself.

Before Get Lean I was extremely active and very fit but from 20 years of age I've battled with my weight. I've tried all sorts of diets and exercise regimes. I studied nutrition at University and I even trained for and completed a marathon in an effort to lose weight. My highest weight was 70 kilograms (154 pounds). I've always held weight around my mid-section.

I've always been self conscious of my stomach and I would never wear a bikini on the beach.

About 6 weeks into my Get Lean journey I started getting comments. My scale weight was going down but more so; my body composition had dramatically changed! I was losing my tummy flab - rapidly. My legs and arms were looking more defined, it was finally happening and it was such an incredible experience. For the first time in my life I got a ‘wow, that girls fit’ as I walked passed a couple having lunch in a cafe! Now, I get a comment DAILY. People are always approaching me in the gym and I feel like my own personal training clients are REALLY listening to my advice. The people closest to me have seen massive changes in my physique... I look back on my 12 weeks of Get Lean and I think to myself "for this reward, that really wasn't hard at all..." Bel where were you 10 years ago?!

Now after Get Lean I'm 55 kilograms and an easy size 8, I have dropped my body fat by 5% and I have sexy 6 pack for the first time in my life.

On Get Lean I don't crave a thing! No sugar, no chocolate, no hot chips, no ice-cream - I just love my routine, my regular eating and wonderful, whole foods! I know I can have SAFE treats now, I have the ability to STOP at a healthy portion and I don't feel guilty about treating myself! Training is enjoyable, I look forward to most sessions and the variety in my training program has kept me from over training and injury free.

Get Lean is NOT a diet. It’s how we used to eat before processed foods took over our supermarkets. I guarantee that if you ‘give it a real go’ you will not be disappointed. I love it, my family loves it and my clients are raving about it. Everyone around me is doing Get Lean and everyone is loving it just as much as I do.

Before I started Get Lean, I was thin but my thighs and butt were full of cellulite and I had fat around the waist. I felt extremely self-conscious because people were always shocked if they saw my legs! I live in a hot climate so I couldn’t wear shorts, a bathing suit, skirts or dresses without feeling horrible.

At the same time my muscle ratio was way below average, I was very weak and I was underweight. I even tried not eating for a while to try get rid of my cellulite and reduce my waistline, but things just got worse. I kept losing weight but my cellulite seemed to increase. I was very frustrated but fortunately, that is when I met Belinda and started training with her.

My self-esteem was rock bottom to the point that I would avoid looking at my body in the mirror.

Then one day just recently I looked again in the mirror and realized that the cellulite was gone. I would not be exaggerating if I said that it was one of the happiest moments of my life! My self-esteem started soaring. I felt good about myself. I started to go out and people would make comments about how good my body looked.

I realized that I had transformed from a thin, thick-waisted, cellulite-ridden body to having a contoured body with a flat stomach and strong arms and legs.

I had gained muscle mass and of course, my cellulite disappeared. Belinda, with her enthusiasm, positive attitude and sweet demeanor, was able to accomplish something really important in my life which goes deeper than my physical changes. Not only do I look good, but I really feel better and capable of accomplishing anything.
